PAYMENT PROCESSING:
PayPal processes all payments for items purchased through this website. We do record or have access to your payment information. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a purchase through this website. Simply use your credit card in the PayPal cart at checkout.

PIN DESIGNS:
CONCERT EDITION: Features die-struck colored soft enamel and offset printing. $10.00 US each.
HEIRLOOM EDITION: Features die-struck sandblasted and antiqued gold-tone plating. $20.00 US each.

SOLD-OUT ITEMS:
Some pin designs will only see a single production-run, once they sell out, they are gone! So get yours while they’re hot!

SHIPPING TIME:
Once your payment is processed, all items are sent via first class mail and first class international mail. All orders ship immediately, usually within 2 business days, but due to volume, please allow up to three weeks to receive your purchase (up to six weeks for international orders depending on customs.

PIN PRODUCT SHIPPING COSTS:
US Domestic Shipping: $5 - any quantity/any mix (pin products only) – USPS
International Shipping: $17 - any quantity/any mix (pin products only)
International orders are shipped as merchandise. We cannot send them as gifts to avoid customs as that is super illegal. The customer is responsible for checking for customs costs before ordering. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

SHIP-TO ADDRESSES:
The ship-to address is as it is indicated in your PayPal account or PayPal shopping cart. Make sure to check it and make any adjustments there. PLEASE make sure you double check your shipping information for any errors before placing an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the information you provide is correct.

The customer is responsible for additional shipping and extra handling charges if it is necessary to resend an order due to an incorrect address or if an international order was not called for after receiving notice from customs. To avoid this, just make sure you review your info before you press “Submit Order”!

PACKAGING:
Pins are secured in a cellophane bag with branded cardboard backing, and sent in a bubble sealed envelope to protect them from dings and scratches.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
We charge the lowest going rate for both merchandise and shipping costs to keep these items affordable for you. Due to this, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we will gladly EXCHANGE a PIN PRODUCT within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or defective. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for t-shirt products.

IMPORTANT: We can only address issues for merchandise purchased through this website. We cannot accept responsibility for purchases made at concerts or through third parties.

CUSTOM T-SHIRTS, BAGS, FLOPS, HATS:
All t-shirts, duffle bags and flip-flops are custom Cut+Sew - Print on Demand based on the specifications of your unique order. Tumblers are also printed on demand. They are manufactured and fulfilled by our partners at PRINTFUL. Returns and replacements are only accepted in the case of manufacturing error. Contact us at [email protected] if you have an issue.

IMPORTANT: If you have found you've made a mistake in your custom order (size, quantity, etc.) contact us right away at [email protected]. As long your order is still in the "Waiting for Fulfillment" status at PRINTFUL we can cancel your ENTIRE order and refund your payment in full. Once the order status at PRINTFUL updates to "Being Fulfilled" all sales are final. No refunds. No returns. No exchanges.

We reserve the right to refuse purchases from any party should it be reasonably determined that the information presented here is being abused.
